| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do 2.º Ciclo de Estudos do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Beira Interior, no ano letivo de 2024/2025. A intervenção decorreu na Escola Secundária Campos Melo, na cidade da Covilhã, onde foi realizado o estágio pedagógico. O documento encontra-se dividido em duas partes que se complementam. A primeira parte é dedicada à intervenção pedagógica, apresentando de forma detalhada todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo. São abordadas as etapas de planificação, implementação e lecionação de aulas nas diferentes turmas atribuídas, bem como as funções desempenhadas no âmbito da direção de turma, refletindo sobre a prática docente em contexto real e os desafios inerentes ao desempenho profissional. A segunda parte centra-se numa investigação com o tema “Fatores que condicionam a motivação dos docentes no exercício das suas funções”, na qual se procurou identificar e compreender os principais elementos que influenciam a motivação dos professores. Através da recolha e análise de dados, foram exploradas as dimensões que sustentam o envolvimento profissional dos docentes, oferecendo uma perspetiva fundamentada sobre um tema de grande relevância para o bem-estar e eficácia no contexto educativo. Este relatório reflete, assim, não só a prática formativa em contexto escolar, mas também uma abordagem reflexiva e investigativa sobre a profissão docente, aliando teoria, prática e investigação num único documento. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This report was prepared within the scope of the 2nd Cycle of Studies of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior, during the 2024/2025 academic year. The teaching practicum took place at Escola Secundária Campos Melo, in the city of Covilhã. The document is divided into two complementary parts. The first part focuses on the pedagogical intervention, providing a detailed account of all the work carried out throughout the school year. It covers the planning, implementation, and teaching stages across the different assigned classes, as well as the tasks undertaken as a class director, reflecting on teaching practice in a real educational setting and the challenges inherent to the teaching profession. The second part is dedicated to a research project entitled “Factors that Influence Teacher Motivation in the Exercise of Their Functions,” which aimed to identify and understand the key elements affecting teacher motivation. Through data collection and analysis, this section explores the dimensions that underpin professional engagement, offering a well-grounded perspective on a topic of significant importance to well-being and effectiveness in the educational context. This report, therefore, reflects not only the formative experience in a school setting but also a reflective and investigative approach to the teaching profession, combining theory, practice, and research in a single document. | eng |
