O presente projeto caracteriza o processo de trabalho, assim como os resultados obtidos na elaboração de uma seleta comemorativa da Designa – Conferência Internacional de Investigação em Design.
A organização da Designa congrega inúmeras comunicações com o intuito de criar um ponto de partilha de conhecimentos entre as diversas áreas abrangentes a esta conferência desde: Comunicação, Multimédia, Produto, Moda, Teoria e Ensino.
Uma vez que o projeto apresentado possui uma vertente teórico-prática, a criação do livro comemorativo referente aos 5 anos de existência da Designa foca-se na componente prática. A vertente teórica deste projeto é fortalecida com os conhecimentos/sabedoria de autores como Ellen Lupton, Josef Muller-Brockmann, Jan Tschichold, Maximo Vignelli entre outras figuras importantes na área do design gráfico/editorial.
A globalidade do projeto resultou de todos os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico. Estes tornaram-se fundamentais para a execução do projeto editorial assim como para o fortalecimento dos conceitos e de ferramentas adquiridas.
This project features the work process, as well as the results obtained in the preparation of a commemorative select the Designa - International Conference on Research in Design. The organization Designa gathers numerous communications in order to create a place to share knowledge between the various broad areas in this conference: Communication, Multimedia, Product, Fashion, Theory and Education. Since the submitted project has theoretical and practical aspects, the creation of the commemorative book regarding the five years of existence of Designa aims to focus on the practical component. The theoretical aspect of this project is strengthened by the knowledge/wisdom of authors such as Ellen Lupton, Josef Muller-Brockmann, Jan Tschichold, Maximo Vignelli among other important figures in the field of graphic/editorial design. The entirety of this project is the result of all the knowledge acquired throughout the academic course. These have become essential for the execution of the editorial design as well as to the strengthening of the concepts and tools acquired.
