Abstract(s)
intrinsecamente relacionadas.
A primeira parte é essencialmente teórica, destinada a descrever e elucidar as diversas
This report aims to convey the experiences, knowledge and results acquired along the project developed within the master on Multimedia Design of Universidade da Beira Interior. It is structured in three specific but intrinsically related parts. The first part is essentially theoretical, destined to describe and shed light on the several conceptual features that allow a better understanding of the project, its identity and core. Logo, Typography, Poster, Flyer and Web Design are the formal elements that build this project on visual identity to an event on illustration called ILUSTRADA. This part also takes into account the research and listing of several similar events contemporary to ILUSTRADA and their brief analysis. The second part is destined to illustration. We begin by contextualizing its history, not forgetting its connection with the history of design. Afterwards, we proceed giving a more accurate notion of the bond that ties these two areas together. We also relate the experience and the conceptual choice of the creation of ILUSTRADA’s illustrations, describing and explaining the references used to make them and assemble the project. The third and last part is dedicated to the project’s practical dimension. It allows the visualization of the final materials, as well as the perception of their potential performance in the environment for which they were planned.
