A realização de um evento comporta em si variados fatores. A todos eles é essencial dar uma determinada relevância, de acordo com a importância que estes têm no evento em geral. Aquando da realização de um evento é importante ter em consideração não só o público-alvo a que o evento se destina, mas também os vários intervenientes neste, desde patrocinadores, parceiros ou até mesmo as pessoas envolvidas na montagem do mesmo.
Partindo das várias definições apresentadas, podemos concluir que um evento é um acontecimento planeado antecipadamente, com objetivos e metas determinadas, que pode contemplar variados propósitos, desde a venda de produtos de uma empresa, à promoção de um serviço ou da empresa.
Quando se pensa a melhor forma de avaliar um evento, deve ter-se em atenção os tópicos principais a ter em conta em cada uma das fases da organização de um evento, o pré-evento, o durante o evento e o pós-evento. As três fases são importantes na organização de um evento e em todas existem fatores relevantes para a avaliação deste.
O presente relatório, resultante de um estágio de curricular no Gabinete de Eventos do Centro Hospitalar Cova da Beira visa demonstrar qual a melhor forma de avaliar o evento “Semana do Bebé do CHCB”. Esta exposição de ferramentas de avaliação partiu da experiencia vivenciada no estágio e poderá servir de modelo à organização do evento, podendo mesmo ser implementado no futuro.
The realization of an event brings with it various factors. To all of them is essential to give a certain relevance, according to the importance they have in the overall event. On the day of an event is important to consider the target audience not only that the event is intended, but also the various actors in from sponsors, people evern parteners involved in assembling the same. Based on the various definitions presented, we conclude that an event is an event planned in advance, with specific goals and targets, which may accommodate different purposes, from the sale of an enterprise, promoting a service or company. When you think the best way to evaluate an event, it should be borne in mind the main topics to be considered at each stage of the organization of an event, pre-event, during the event and post-event. The three phases are important in organizing an event and all are relevant to the assessment of factors. This report, resulting from one stage in the Office of Academic Events of Hospital Center of Cova da Beira and aims to demonstrate how best to evaluate the event "Week of Baby CHCB". This assessment exposure tools came from experienced on stage and might serve as a model for organizing the event and can even be implemented in the future.
