Abstract(s)
O presente relatório encontra-se dividido em dois capítulos e tem como objetivo relatar
o trabalho desenvolvido durante todo o estágio pedagógico desenvolvido ao longo do ano
letivo 2021/2022 no Agrupamento de escolas do Fundão.
O primeiro capítulo diz respeito à Intervenção Pedagógica através da qual adquiri
competências e experiência na minha formação enquanto docente e onde pude pôr em
prática todos os conhecimentos adquiridos até então, por via da minha formação
académica. Neste capitulo é descrita a contextualização da escola e todo o processo de
intervenção e reflexão junto de uma turma de 10º ano, uma do 6º ano, desporto escolar
e direção de turma.
O segundo capitulo diz respeito à Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica, onde foi
desenvolvido o tema de investigação que visa estudar a Aptidão Física, Obesidade e
Sucesso Escolar no Ensino Secundário. Este estudo foi realizado junto de 58 alunos dos
3 anos de escolaridade que integram o Ensino Secundário, recorrendo às classificações
oficiais lançadas em pauta dos alunos que integram a amostram, assim como a dados
alcançados pelos mesmos nos testes do IMC, Vaivém e Flexões de Braços da bateria de
testes do FITescola, sendo os dados utilizados referentes ao 1º e 2º períodos. Os
resultados obtidos demonstram que aproximadamente 1 em cada 4 alunos se encontra
classificado como obeso ou em situação de sobrepeso e que alunos que se encontrem
dentro da zona saudável (ZS), em cada um dos 3 testes, apresentam mais sucesso escolar
nas disciplinas de Português, Matemática e Educação Física.
This report is divided into two chapters and aims to relate the work developed during the pedagogical internship developed throughout the 2021/2022 schoolar year in the Fundão Schools Association. The first chapter concerns the Pedagogical Intervention through which I acquired skills and experience in my training as a teacher and where I was able to put into practice all the knowledge acquired until then, through my academic training. This chapter describes the context of the school and the entire process of intervention and reflection with a 10th grade class, a 6th grade class, school sports and class management. The second chapter concerns Pedagogical Research and Innovation, where the research theme was developed, which aims to study Physical Fitness, Obesity and Academic Achivement in High School. This study was carried out with 58 students from the 3 years of schooling who are part of High School, using the official released grades of the students who are part of the sample, as well as data obtained by them in the BMI, Vaivém and Flexões de Braços tests of the FITescola test battery, with the data used referring to the 1st and 2nd periods. The results obtained show that approximately 1 in 4 students is classified as obese or overweight and that students who are within the healthy zone (ZS), in each of the 3 tests, present more academic achievement in the subjects of Portuguese, Mathematics and Physical Education.
