Abstract(s)
A prática de atividade física apresenta benefícios no bem-estar físico, psicológico e social de
qualquer pessoa. Simultaneamente, desenvolve a capacidade coordenativa e cognitiva de uma
criança, tornando-se um contexto facilitar para as crianças aprenderem conhecimento. O
objetivo do presente relatório de estágio é o de implementar e avaliar um programa
multidimensional de atividade física em crianças em risco, +Ativo Aprender+, durante 6
meses.
Diversas competências foram desenvolvidas ao longo da realização deste estágio, tais como,
planeamento, estruturação, lecionação e controle das sessões.
No campo experimental avaliamos o efeito do programa, +Ativo Aprender+, nas competências
físicas, sociais e cognitivas dos participantes. Os resultados experimentais obtidos mostraram
que houve melhorias significativas (p<0,05) ao nível de certas categorias inerentes as
competências acima referidas.
Em conclusão, o programas permite os participantes a conhecerem-se melhor, conseguindo
identificar as suas capacidades, alcançar novos conhecimentos, fazendo com que os seus
hábitos de vida e promoção de saúde mudassem despertando o interesse em querer saber
mais, aprender mais, experimentar mais, discutir ideias e tomar decisões.
Doing physical activity provides benefits in the physical, social and psychological well-being of every person. Simultaneously, it develops the cognitive and coordinative capacity of a child, becoming an easy environment for the children to gather knowledge. The goal of this internship report is to implement and assess a multidimensional program of children in risk, "+Activo/Aprender+", during a period of 6 months. Several competences were developed during the length of this internship, such as planning, structuring, teaching and controlling the sessions. In the experimental field we evaluated the impact of the program, "+Activo/Aprender+", in the physical, social and cognitive competences of the participants. According to the experimental results, there was a great improvement (p<0,05) regarding the competences mentioned above. Concluding, the program allows each participant to know themselves better, allowing them to identify their capabilities, reach a new level of knowledge, while their life-style habits and promotion of physical activity changes , enhancing their interest in wanting to know more, learn more, experiment more, brainstorming and making decisions.
