No presente relatório são descritas as tarefas executadas no âmbito do estágio realizado na empresa Spain Trotter, em Espanha. Este estágio decorreu durante um período de três meses (entre 16 de janeiro e 28 de abril de 2017). A Spain Trotter atua na área do turismo de viagens e encontra-se sediada na cidade de Sevilha, Espanha.
O principal objetivo do estágio consistiu no desenvolvimento do website da empresa, através da sua divulgação no mercado global que é a internet, por forma a aumentar a visibilidade da mesma. A utilização deste meio de divulgação permite também às empresas adicionar valor aos seus produtos, de forma a aumentar o volume de vendas e lucro.
A estrutura de navegação intuitiva alcançada através da aplicação de um design simples, permite a visualização de conteúdos completos acerca dos serviços disponibilizados, guiando o utilizador durante todo o processo de compra.
Como referido na pesquisa bibliográfica, existem vários critérios que influenciam o design de um website. Um dos critérios que são considerados prioritários é a facilidade de leitura. Um texto conciso, um layout de fácil leitura e uma linguagem objetiva são elementos fundamentais para uma melhor compreensão do website, o que, naturalmente, se repercutirá no incremento das vendas e dos lucros da empresa.
Em suma, a construção do website possibilita efetivamente uma melhor comunicação da empresa com o utilizador e a maximização/potenciação dos seus lucros.
This report describes the tasks performed during the internship in the company Spain Trotter, in Spain. The internship lasted three months, from 16 January to 28 April 2017. This company operates in the field of travel tourism and is headquartered in Seville, Spain. The main objective of the internship was the development of the company's website, through its dissemination in the global market that is the internet, in order to increase its visibility. The use of internet allows to the companies add value to their products, in order to increase the sales volume and profit. The intuitive navigation structure achieved through the application of a simple design, allows the visualization of complete contents about the offered services, guiding the user throughout the purchase process. As mentioned in the literature survey, there are several criteria that influence the design of a website. One of the criteria that is considered a priority is legibility. A concise text, an easy-to-read layout and an objective language are fundamental elements for a better understanding of the website, which, will have an impact on the company's sales and profits. In sum, the construction of the website effectively allows a better communication of the company with the user and the maximization of their profits.
