Abstract(s)
Nowadays, communities of readers seem to be in. Our research is based on building a community of readers whose main goal is to encourage reading habits in the students and to be part of the dynamics of the school-family relationship. Our community named “School and family fostering children’s literature” took part in a number of long term activities, which aimed at fostering not only the participation of our students, but also of the entire school community, including children’s family. Each activity was designed to that effect, pursuing development and evaluation, assuming different kinds of process, according to the profile. Within a versatile and polysemous approach, we tried to pave the way for future development, beyond common structuralist exploration, by including the entire school community.
