O marketing B2B (Business to Business) ocorre entre empesas e passa por aplicar
estratégias de vendas e consolidar as mesmas no mercado empresarial. Assim, o
marketing B2B pode direcionar-se para nichos de mercado, com entrega de produtos ou
serviços bastante específicos. Neste mercado, todo o processo é complexo e formal e os
gestores de negócios querem ter a certeza de que estão a tomar a melhor opção para a
sua empresa.
Existe um conjunto de estratégias e ferramentas de comunicação que contribuem para o
melhoramento das relações entre as empresas, assente numa base de confiança. Uma das
estratégias que estará presente longo do relatório, remete para a organização de eventos
em B2B, verificando-se que os benefícios são inúmeros, e que além do contacto direto
com clientes atuais, poderá também existir a possibilidade de angariação de novos
clientes. O trabalho da comunicação tornou-se mais complexo com a transformação
digital, os websites e as redes sociais.
O presente relatório, resultante de um estágio curricular de três meses no departamento
de Marketing da empresa BMVIV – Soluções globais de Engenharia, cuja atividade incide
essencialmente em AVAC- Aquecimento. Ventilação e Ar Condicionado e Sistemas Antifogo, no mercado “Business to Business”. Pretende-se com este relatório, contribuir para
um aprofundamento de experiências e conhecimento na área do marketing B2B.

There is a set of communication strategies and tools that contribute to the improvement of relationships between companies, based on trust. One of the strategies that will be present throughout the report refers to the organization of B2B events, verifying that the benefits are numerous, and that in addition to direct contact with current customers, there may also be the possibility of attracting new customers. Communication work has become more complex with digital transformation, websites and social networks. This report results from a three-month internship in the Marketing department of the company BMVIV – Global Engineering Solutions, essentially focuses on HVAC-Heating activities. Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Fire Protection Systems in the Business to Business market. Contributing to a deepening of knowledge and experiences in the area of B2B marketing.
