Abstract(s)
O movimento da Psicologia Positiva tem ganho destaque como abordagem de
intervenção que visa melhorar a qualidade de vida. O presente trabalho teve como
principal objetivo compreender o papel que estas intervenções apresentam na melhoria
do bem-estar e distress em adolescentes, com idades compreendidas entre os 12 e os 18
anos. Neste contexto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL), segundo
o modelo PRISMA, de forma a organizar, documentar e justificar todos os passos
inerentes ao processo da RSL, diminuindo, assim também, o risco de enviesamento dos
resultados apresentados. A pesquisa dos artigos científicos procedeu-se através das
plataformas EBSCO, PubMed e SCOPUS.
A revisão incluiu sete artigos de análise final, sendo que todos eles cumprem com os
critérios de inclusão definidos. Em termos gerais, os estudos analisados suportam os
efeitos positivos da implementação das intervenções com base na psicologia positiva, em
adolescentes, revelando melhorias no bem-estar geral e diminuição do distress.
