Abstract(s)
A minha experiência profissionalizante obtida no âmbito do Mestrado Integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas englobou três vertentes: investigação laboratorial, Farmácia Comunitária e Farmácia Hospitalar.
O primeiro capítulo do presente trabalho refere-se ao projeto de investigação desenvolvido, intitulado: “Produtos de Higiene disponíveis no mercado português – avaliação do seu impacto na pele”. O seu principal objetivo foi avaliar o impacto que estes produtos de higiene íntima representam relativamente à sua aplicação cutânea. Isto foi possível, através da utilização de técnicas não-invasivas de biometria cutânea, tendo sido analisados três parâmetros cutâneos: a hidratação, o pH e o conteúdo em lípidos.
O segundo capítulo representa a experiência obtida no estágio em Farmácia Comunitária e pretende descrever as atividades desenvolvidas neste âmbito, bem como, a importância que o papel do farmacêutico representa nesta área. O estágio decorreu na farmácia Moura, em Fafe, no período de 17 de setembro a 21 de dezembro.
Por último, o terceiro capítulo é referente ao estágio em Farmácia Hospitalar. O objetivo é descrever as atividades desenvolvidas, bem como, as metodologias observadas ao longo do estágio. O estágio em Farmácia Hospitalar foi realizado no Centro Hospitalar de Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho, durante o período de 2 de janeiro a 27 de fevereiro.
The professional experience obtained in the framework of the integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences comprised three strands: Research Lab, Community Pharmacy and Hospital Pharmacy. The first chapter of this report refers to the research project developed and entitled: "Hygiene products available in the Portuguese market - assessment of their impact on the skin." The main goal of this research consisted in evaluating the impact that these intimate hygiene products represent, regarding their skin application. Specifically, it is intended to evaluate the effects that these products present concerning cutaneous parameters, pH, lipids and hydration. The assessment of these parameters was possible through the use of non-invasive techniques of cutaneous biometrics. The second chapter describes the experience gained while training in Community Pharmacy and is intended to describe the activities in this area, as well as, the importance of the pharmacist is in this field. My training took place in Moura pharmacy, in Fafe, from September from 17 to December 21. Finally, the third chapter is related to the internship in Hospital Pharmacy. The aim is to describe the activities performed, as well as, the methodologies observed throughout my internship/training. The internship/training in Hospital Pharmacy was held at the Vila Nova de Gaia / Espinho Hospital Centre, during the period January 7 to February 27.
