Acácia Thiele é provavelmente uma dos artistas contemporâneas portuguesas, cujo trabalho é definitivamente mais provocativo, dada a natureza crua e explícita da exploração da própria nudez. Estruturado em referências que exploram linguagens visuais do erótico, o seu trabalho é no entanto eficaz nas questões de género que enuncia nos territórios interditos em que se move.
Acácia Thiele is probably one of the contemporary artists in Portugal, whose work is definitively more provocative, given the raw and explicit nature of her self-exploitation of the naked body. Structured in the erotic mainstream languages, her work is nevertheless effective in the purposes of gender issues that addresses the forbidden grounds she performs.
