| dc.description.abstract | O trabalho apresentado sob o título: As Webtelevisões em Portugal: um retrato, aborda a emergência recente destas televisões online em Portugal. Estes projectos são na sua maioria ligados às regiões e localidades onde se inserem e nasceram com o intuito de “dar voz” às regiões nas quais se encontram inseridas, procurando assim dar visibilidade a questões que não seriam passíveis de ser abordadas nas principais cadeias de televisão portuguesa. Apesar da vontade demonstrada em se assumirem como uma nova forma de comunicação, no momento são mais as questões que as webtelevisões colocam que as respostas que dão. Uma das questões é a aparente falta de enquadramento legal do fenómeno na actual Lei da Televisão, a qual pode ser determinante no futuro destes projectos. Todavia já é possível detectar quais os modelos de funcionamento destes projectos, quais os investimentos efectuados e quais as formas de recuperação financeira utilizadas, e quais as consequências que o investimento acaba por reflectir nos recursos humanos e capacidades técnicas destes projectos. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The presented paper beneath the heading: The webtelevisions in Portugal: a portrait, approaches the recent emergence of these online televisions in Portugal. These projects are mostly connected to regions and towns where they’re inserted and born with the aim to “give a voice” to the regions in which they’re inserted, trying to give visibility questions that wouldn’t be susceptible of being approached in the major portuguese televisions. In spite of the showed will in being took as a new way of communication, at the moment, there are more questions to be asked that answers to be given. A question is the apparent lack of legal framing of the phenomenon in the current Television Law, which can be determinant in the future of these projects. However it’s already possible to detect which are the functioning models of these projects, which are the effectuated investiments and which ways used to financial recuperation, and which consequences the investiment reflects in the human resources nad technical skills of these projects. | |
