Este relatório tem como finalidade apresentar criticamente o estágio curricular desenvolvido na Câmara Municipal de Manteigas e estudar a função essencial desempenhada pelo Gabinete de Comunicação no planeamento da comunicação dos municípios. Nesse sentido, neste relatório são avaliadas as técnicas e ferramentas de planeamento da comunicação desenvolvidas no Município de Manteigas - Câmara Municipal.
Para que tal fosse possível recorreu-se a análise prática sobre o planeamento da comunicação na Câmara Municipal de Manteigas, suportado por conceitos teóricos de diversos autores citados nas áreas do Planeamento das Relações Públicas e também da Comunicação Municipal.
È através destes dois enquadramentos, prático e teórico, que se pretende averiguar a importância do planeamento da comunicação das relações públicas, incidindo apenas na comunicação e nas relações públicas no órgão municipal acima frisado.
This report aims to critically present the field work (curricular) in Câmara Muncipal de Manteigas, and study the essential function developed by the Office of Communication in the process planning in communication offices of municipalities. So in this report are evaluated technical and communication planning tools developed in Município de Manteigas – Câmara Municipal. To make this possible I resorted to the practice analysis on communication planning in Município de Manteigas, supported by theoretical concepts of different authors cited in the areas of Planning for Public Relations and also in Municipal Communication. It is through these two frameworks, theoretical and practical; I intend to investigate the importance of communication planning in the public relations, focusing only on communication and public relations in the above beaded municipal body.
