| dc.description.abstract | O motivo central da presente obra é o de ressaltar a originalidade de Jacques Rancière na filosofia política contemporânea. Nomeadamente, defendendo a novidade que este introduz na reformulação do campo de entendimento sobre o fenómeno político e de como as sociedades se relacionam com a realidade política. A abordagem rancieriana da política é realizada ao arrepio e, mesmo, frontalmente contra a tradição do pensamento político ocidental. Ao deslocar tudo o que é o do âmbito da tradição da filosofia política para a esfera da polícia (la police) – esfera policial que vive em antagonismo prático com a autonomia da história política dos povos - Rancière abre caminho para ensaiar outras formas de pensar a ação e a teorização política. O modo como Rancière se vai paulatinamente libertando do enquadramento epistémico da filosofia política ortodoxa – e que abrange todo o tipo de tradições e ideologias políticas – é atravessado por contradições e tensões das quais procuraremos dar conta no decorrer das nossas indagações. O reflexo dessas divisões internas à opus rancieriana marca a tensão entre a representação ortodoxa da política como desdobramento histórico de um determinado sujeito político e/ou a realização comunitária em torno de um determinado princípio (arché), e a política como praxis do dissenso democrático e/ou procura permanente da realização/atualização da igualdade que vive a montante de toda a sua materialização histórica. Uma política, enfim, orientada, não para o(s) centro(s) de decisão e de poder e para a unidade social, mas para as margens alienadas de toda a distribuição do poder e para a multiplicidade de pontos de partida possíveis no que respeita ao desdobramento individual e coletivo da mesma potência igualitária – da capacidade presente em qualquer um de passar de objeto a sujeito da sua própria história. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The central motif of this work is to emphasize the originality of Jacques Rancière in contemporary political philosophy. In particular, it defends the novelty that Rancière introduces in the reformulation of the field of understanding of the political phenomenon and of how societies relate to political reality. The rancierian approach to politics is carried out in shivers and even head-on against the tradition of Western political thought. By moving everything from the tradition of political philosophy to the police sphere - a police sphere that lives in practical antagonism with the autonomy of the political history of the people - Rancière opens the way to rehearse other forms of thinking action and political theorizing. Rancière's gradual liberation from the epistemic framework of orthodox political philosophy - which encompasses all kinds of political traditions and ideologies - is fraught with contradictions and tensions from which we will attempt to account for the course of our inquiries. The reflection of these internal divisions of the opus rancieriana marks the tension between the orthodox representation of politics as historical unfolding of a certain political subject and/or the community realization around a certain principle (arché), and politics as praxis of democratic dissent and/or permanent search for the realization/updating of equality that lives upstream of all its historical materialization. A policy, in fact, oriented not to the center(s) of decision and power and to social unity, but to the alienated margins of the entire distribution of power and to the multiplicity of possible starting points in which refers to the individual and collective unfolding of the same egalitarian power - of the capacity present in anyone to pass from object to subject of its own history. | pt_PT |
