Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho apresenta a avaliação da eficácia relativa à cooperação entre a
Biblioteca Municipal de Proença-a-Nova e a Biblioteca Escolar / Centro de Recursos do
Agrupamento de Escolas Pedro da Fonseca, ao nível do conhecimento das missões de cada
instituição e dos efeitos do estabelecimento de um protocolo, trazendo-nos uma maior
consciencialização sobre o papel das parcerias, tendo em conta o modelo Joint use Libraries e
Dual Use.
Neste âmbito, podemos realçar que foi através da análise de dados estatísticos, de
questionários, de estatísticas diárias e mensais recolhidos nas duas unidades de informação,
que nos permitiram chegar a algumas das conclusões, apresentadas nesta investigação.
Através deste estudo, foi possível concluir que, no interior do país, as parcerias entre
as instituições são indispensáveis, na medida em que esse diálogo gera a gestão da
informação de uma forma mais eficaz, captando um número mais elevado de utilizadores.
This work presents the assessment of the effectiveness of the cooperation between the Proença-a-Nova Municipal Library and the School Library / Resource Center belonging to the Pedro da Fonseca school, by focusing on the level of knowledge of the mission of each institution and the pratical results from the signing of a formal protocol. We emphasize that it was through the analysis of statistical data from questionnaires, daily and monthly statistics, collected from the two institutions, that led to most significant conclusions presented in this work. Also, through this study we verify that the interior of the country, particularly the two institutions of information under review, need to promote the education of users concerning the activities of reading, comprehension and management of the information displayed commonly on nowadays.
