Capítulo 1
Este primeiro capítulo do presente relatório de estágio pedagógico, tem como objetivo relatar e refletir sobre todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo 2017/2018, realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão. O principal objetivo deste estágio foi colocar em prática todos os conhecimentos até então adquiridos, concedendo assim várias competências para o desempenho da função de professor de Educação Física. Durante todo o documento são descritas todas as dificuldades encontradas ao nível da planificação, lecionação e estratégias de intervenção, desenvolvidas numa turma do 10º ano e outra do 5º ano. Este estudo tem como objetivo verificar se existe alguma influência da alimentação e prática desportiva na percentagem de massa gorda dos jovens.
A mostra era constituída por 49 jovens, estes preencheram um questionário sobre o contexto socioeconómico, o IPAQ e um questionário da escala de hábitos alimentares, os dados referentes a percentagem de massa gorda foram obtidos por uma balança Tanita BC-731.
Estatisticamente, não foi encontrada relação entre a percentagem de massa gorda e o consumo de alimentos pré-cozinhados (p-value>0.05). No entanto, parece existir uma tendência para a existência de relação entre as variáveis já que o p-value = 0.069<0.1.
A elevada percentagem de massa gorda, é um problema comum na juventude, sendo essencial promover bons hábitos alimentares e a prática de exercício físico, para que tenhamos futuros adultos saudáveis.
Chapter 1 This first chapter of this report on pedagogic training aims to report and reflect on all the work carried out during the 2017/2018 school year, held at the Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão. The main objective of this stage was to put into practice all the knowledge hitherto acquired, thus granting several qualifications for the performance of the role of physical education teacher. Throughout the document are described all the difficulties encountered in the planning, teaching and intervention strategies, developed in a class of the 10th year and another of the 5th year. At the end of this chapter you will find a reflection on all the work developed. Chapter 2 This study aims to verify whether there is any influence of nutrition and sport in the percentage of body fat. The sample consisted of 49 young men, these filled out a questionnaire about the socio-economic context, the IPAQ and range of dietary habits survey, data on the percentage of fat mass were obtained by a scale Tanita BC-731. Statistically, not found the relationshio between the percentage of fat mass and precooked foods consumption (p-value>0.05). However, there seems to be a tendency for the existence of a relationship between the variables since the p-value = 0.069<0.1. The high percentage of body fat, is a common problem in youth, being essential to promote good eating habits and exercising, to have healthy future adults.
