Capítulo 1
Em suma do trabalho efetuado no ano letivo 2012/2013, no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico em Ensino de Educação Física realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas José Sanches e São Vicente da Beira foram abordados e exercitados certos conteúdos previstos nos objetivos do mesmo.
O objetivo principal deste relatório é descrever todo o percurso efetuado durante o ano letivo 2012/2013, procurando demonstrar todas as minhas atividades de carácter pedagógico desenvolvidas. De salientar o facto que todas as atividades foram desenvolvidas com o maior rigor, de forma a efetuar os melhores procedimentos enquanto Professor Estagiário, percebendo claramente que após algumas falhas existentes estas poderiam e deviam ser melhoradas. Seguidamente falo dos planeamentos e estratégias a adotar com cada ciclo de ensino, visto que lecionei um 7º ano e um 12º ano. Consecutivamente faço uma breve descrição de todas as atividades não letivas realizadas, algumas delas pertencentes ao grupo de Educação Física e outras exclusivamente ao núcleo de estágio. Por fim faço um breve balanço do que foram os pontos positivos e negativos identificados ao longo do ano letivo.

No contexto educativo a avaliação é sempre um problema pela sua grande dificuldade. Os elementos ou ações que pretendemos avaliar até poderão ter os critérios bem definidos, mas esta será sempre condicionada por quem a vai fazer. Existem alguns fatores que poderão servir de justificação para estas ambiguidades, como é o caso dos anos de experiência do Professor, o conhecimento mais ou menos profundo da modalidade que está sob avaliação, o poder observacional que cada professor tem para descodificar a informação pertinente das ações entre outros fatores. Desta forma o objetivo deste trabalho foi averiguar o desempenho observacional para dois grupos de Professores (Estagiários e Experientes) sendo que os resultados destes poderiam ser sempre comparados com uns Especialistas da modalidade em causa. O teste foi feito em alunos de 7º ano e 12º ano. Assim realizou-se um vídeo numa situação de basquetebol 3x3, em que os diferentes grupos iriam preencher uma grelha de avaliação obedecendo aos critérios de êxito retirados do programa de Educação Física, atribuindo uma nota por ação e uma final. Foram calculados os valores da média de cada grupo, desvio padrão, critérios não identificados no filme, os critérios com mais peso na atribuição da nota final e análise estatística para verificar se existiam diferenças significativas entre os grupos. Com este estudo pretende-se esclarecer se a experiência dos Professores poderá estar ligado ao desempenho observacional e ao rigor na atribuição das notas.
Chapter 1 In short, in the work done in the school year 2012/2013, under the Teacher Training in Teaching Physical Education in Schools Group Jose Sanches and São Vicente da Beira, were discussed and exercised certain content provided on the objectives. The main objective of this report is to describe the entire journey made during the school year 2012/2013, seeking to show all my pedagogic activities developed. To emphasize the fact that all activities were conducted with the utmost accuracy in order to make the best procedures as a teacher trainee, clearly realizing that after a few flaws they could and should be improved. Then I speak of the planning and strategies to adopt with each cycle of education, since I taught a 7th year and 12th year. After that I do a brief description of all activities not performed, some of which belong to the group of Physical Education and other exclusively to the core stage. Finally I make a small conclusion of what were the strengths and weaknesses identified during the school year. Chapter 2 In the educational context, the evaluation is always a problem for its great difficulty. The elements or actions that we intend to evaluate, the may have the criteria well defined, but this will always be conditioned by the person that do it. There are some factors that may serve as a justification for these ambiguities, such as the years of experience of the teacher, the more or less deep knowledge of the sport that is under evaluation, the observational power that each teacher has to decode the relevant information of the actions, among other factors. Thus the aim of this study was to evaluate the observational performance for two observational groups of teachers (Trainees and Experienced) and the results of these could always be compared with modality experts group. The test was done on students in year 7 and year 12. So we made a video of a basketball situation of 3x3 and different groups would fill an evaluation grid according to the criteria of success removed from the Physical Education program, assigning a grade per action and a final. We calculated the mean values of each group, standard deviation, statistical analysis to determine whether there were significant differences between groups, criteria not identified in the film and finally the criteria with more weight in the assignment of the final grade. This study aims to clarify whether the experience of teachers can be linked to performance and the observational accuracy in the assignment of grades.
