O presente relatório documenta as aprendizagens adquiridas no Estágio Pedagógico realizado
durante o ano letivo de 2022/2023 na Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras, na Covilhã (ESQP).
Este relatório aborda a minha intervenção pedagógica, com o propósito de apresentar o trabalho
realizado em diversos ciclos de ensino, destacar as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do ano
letivo, relatar a minha participação no Desporto Escolar, descrever as responsabilidades
desempenhadas como assessor da Direção de Turma e evidenciar a minha integração como
Professor Estagiário na comunidade escolar.
Na segunda parte do relatório encontra-se a investigação que foi realizada procurando
compreender causas da aparente desmotivação dos alunos nas aulas de Educação Física e teve
como objetivo avaliar a possível influência da motivação extrínseca e do feedback positivo nos
resultados dos alunos em avaliações do programa FITescola. Participaram no estudo 21 estudantes
do 10º ano da ESQP. Os resultados obtidos permitiram verificar que o feedback positivo teve um
impacto significativo nos resultados do teste do vaivém, sendo que o mesmo não se verificou de
forma consistente nos testes dos abdominais, flexões ou salto horizontal, nos quais as diferenças
não foram estatisticamente significativas. Podemos assim afirmar que a motivação extrínseca
parecendo ser benéfica em contextos específicos, será importante no processo de aprendizagem
dos alunos pelo que os docentes a podem e devem utilizar nas aulas de educação física.
This report documents the acquired knowledge during the Pedagogical Internship conducted throughout the 2022/2023 academic year at Quinta das Palmeiras Secondary School in Covilhã (ESQP). The report encompasses my pedagogical intervention, aiming to present the work carried out across various educational levels, highlight the activities conducted throughout the school year, recount my involvement in School Sports, describe the responsibilities assumed as a Class Advisor, and underscore my integration as a Trainee Teacher within the school community. In the second part of the report, the conducted research is presented, seeking to comprehend the reasons behind students' apparent lack of motivation in Physical Education classes. The primary objective was to assess the potential influence of extrinsic motivation and positive feedback on student performance in assessments within the FITescola program. The study involved 21 tenthgrade students from ESQP. The results revealed that positive feedback significantly impacted the results of the shuttle run test, although this effect was not consistently observed in tests involving sit-ups, push-ups, or horizontal jumps, where the differences were not statistically significant. Thus, it can be affirmed that extrinsic motivation, while beneficial in specific contexts, plays a crucial role in students' learning process, and teachers can and should utilize it in physical education classes.
