| dc.description.abstract | O estudo “ @-turismo activo no PNSE – Criação de Rotas Temáticas ” consiste no levantamento das características da região e na elaboração de um conjunto diversificado de rotas turísticas de divulgação do PNSE e das suas potencialidades utilizando o SIG, sobretudo das que mais directamente possam estar relacionadas com o desenvolvimento do turismo pro-activo. Serão analisados os conceitos de turismo na região da Serra da Estrela bem como do estado de arte referente à importância das novas tecnologias associadas à informação geográfica. Ao longo deste projecto e dos objectivos mencionados, abordarei as potencialidades da região e, numa primeira fase, tendo como objectivo reforçar e alargar o conhecimento sobre a região e as potenciais actividades turísticas geridas por ferramentas tecnológicas, haverá a preocupação de recolher e analisar a bibliografia disponível sobre a competitividade do sector do turismo e tecnologias de informação e comunicação. O desenvolvimento de novas soluções de orientação turística surgem como mais um factor associado ao turismo, à economia e à tecnologia, com base numa estratégia de desenvolvimento destinada a revitalizar e a reconverter os recursos naturais, culturais, económicos e humanos existentes. A Serra da Estrela é uma região extremamente rica em História e histórias que foram sendo documentadas no património arquitectónico, cultural, artístico e sobretudo no património natural. Para além do potencial turístico que esta região possa ter, importa que esse potencial seja mostrado e dinamizado através da organização de eventos culturais, desportivos, temáticos ou outros. A celebração de eventos pode contribuir para atrair turistas, servir de suporte à criação de uma imagem ou posicionamento para regiões, cidades e até países e consequentemente ajudar na atracção de investimento e dinamização de actividades complementares. Todos os factores de diferenciação e inovação que possamos ver associados também ao PNSE enquanto apoios estruturantes serão uma mais valia. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | " Active @-tourism in PNSE - Creation of thematic routes " is as study based on the survey of regional characteristics and creation of a diversified set of touristical routes that allows to advertise PNSE and its potencialities, using GIS, mainly of those more directly related with pro-active tourism. Development of touristical concepts at Serra da Estrela region will be analized as well as the state of the art concerning the use of new technologies associate with geografical information systems. In this study and aiming for the goals previously proposed, the diferent potentialities of the region will be discussed and at an earlier stage, aiming to enlarge the knowledge of the region and possible touristical activities managed using technological tools, care will be taken to recover and analize the available references on touristical routes, competitiveness, communication and information technologies. Development of new solutions for touristical guidance are a new factor associated to tourism, economy and technology based on a development strategy atending to revitalize and reconvert existing natural, cultural, economic and human ressources. Serra da Estrela region is abundant in History and stories documented on the architectonical heritage as well as in culture, arts and mostly on its natural resourses. Beyond the touristical potencial of the region it is important that it can be shown and dinamized by cultural, sport, thematic and other events. These events can contribute to atract tourists, suport the creation of an image or position for those regions on touristic market , and subsequently, to help atracting investments and complementary activities. All differentiation and inovation factors that can be associated to the PNSE as structurating support are an added value. | |
