Abstract(s)
Logo, as empresas, especialmente as Pequenas e Médias
bases de dados: a Web of Science, Science Direct, Emerald, Scopus, IEEE Xplore e a
Emerald.
a implementação bem-sucedida do trabalho desenvolvido é necessário o apoio e
The economies of the most diverse countries are largely supported by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), however, in the vast majority of cases the resources they have are limited. Therefore, companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have to increasingly look for ways to stand out in the environment where they operate, that is, in the sector where they are located, in order to gain a competitive advantage. Thus, the improvement actions designed by companies have to be increasingly structured, planned and supported by the entire organization, so that they have the desired success in their implementation. In this way, the objective of this report is to map and elaborate processes, using flowcharts, so that the most different processes can be stabilized and, thus, be able to reduce the number of errors and consequently increase quality. The methodology used to deepen the knowledge about the themes in question was the bibliographical research. For this purpose, the following databases were used: Web of Science, Science Direct, Emerald, Scopus, IEEE Xplore and Emerald. The work carried out allows achieving greater stabilization of the processes and a greater knowledge of them by the employees, so that, in this way, it is possible to achieve a smaller number of errors in production and, consequently , higher levels of process quality. It should be noted that the work in question allows for better and more efficient communication, since, with the mapping and appropriate definition of processes, information flows are also defined. Finally, for the successful implementation of the work carried out, the support of all the people involved at different hierarchical levels is necessary.
