O presente relatório de estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física
nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário e reflete o trabalho realizado durante o ano letivo de 2023/2024 no
Agrupamento de Escolas Nuno Álvares, em Castelo Branco. Este estágio pedagógico foi uma
oportunidade essencial para a aquisição de novos conhecimentos e aprendizagens, contribuindo para
o desenvolvimento de competências fundamentais à prática docente enquanto futura professora de
Educação Física. No decorrer desta experiência foram aprimoradas metodologias e estratégias com
vista a promover uma prática pedagógica mais eficaz, orientada para a melhoria da aprendizagem e
do sucesso dos alunos. Este relatório destaca ainda os elementos fundamentais que caracterizam um
ambiente escolar dinâmico e funcional, realçando o papel central do professor na formação e no
desenvolvimento das competências dos alunos, bem como no alcance dos objetivos educativos da
escola. O primeiro capítulo descreve de forma detalhada o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do estágio,
englobando a contextualização da escola, a caracterização do grupo de Educação Física, o planeamento
das aulas nos diferentes ciclos de ensino, as atividades extracurriculares realizadas, o desporto escolar,
e as principais dificuldades enfrentadas, com as respetivas reflexões e aprendizagens. O segundo
capítulo foca-se na investigação pedagógica do estágio, analisando o Perfil de Aptidão Física e a sua
Relação com a Motivação para Atividades Físicas na população infantojuvenil do Agrupamento de
Escolas Nuno Álvares. Este estudo exploratório avaliou como os níveis de aptidão física influenciam a
motivação dos alunos para práticas desportivas, identificando fatores-chave para promover estilos de
vida ativos e saudáveis.
This internship report was prepared as part of the master’s degree in physical education teaching in Basic and Secondary Education and reflects the work carried out during the 2023/2024 academic year at the Nuno Álvares School Group in Castelo Branco. This teaching internship was an essential opportunity to acquire new knowledge and learning, contributing to the development of fundamental skills for teaching practice as a future Physical Education teacher. Throughout this experience, methodologies and strategies were refined to promote a more effective pedagogical practice, aimed at improving students' learning and success. This report also highlights the fundamental elements that characterize a dynamic and functional school environment, emphasizing the teacher’s central role in shaping and developing students’ skills and achieving the school’s educational goals. The first chapter provides a detailed description of the work developed during the internship, including the school’s context, the characterization of the Physical Education team, lesson planning across different educational cycles, extracurricular activities, school sports, and the main challenges faced, accompanied by corresponding reflections and learnings. The second chapter focuses on the pedagogical research component of the internship, analyzing the Physical Fitness Profile and its Relationship with Motivation for Physical Activities among the youth population of the Nuno Álvares School Group. This exploratory study evaluated how physical fitness levels influence students’ motivation for sports practices, identifying key factors to promote active and healthy lifestyles.
