Capítulo 1
O presente relatório visa apresentar o trabalho que realizei no âmbito do estágio pedagógico do
mestrado de Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário e contempla uma
breve contextualização da Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras, do Grupo de Educação
Física da mesma e das funções que desempenhei enquanto professora estagiária. Abordando
ainda de forma sucinta o acompanhamento realizado no conservatório de música da Covilhã.
Seguidamente o presente documento detalha três áreas a primeira relacionada com a
organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem discriminando aspetos do planeamento,
avaliação e condução do ensino. A segunda área visa descrever as atividades que desenvolvi no
âmbito do desporto escolar e com dois alunos com necessidades educativas específicas. A
terceira área enuncia a minha relação com a comunidade no acompanhamento da direção de
turma, na colaboração em atividades extracurriculares, incluindo ainda uma descrição geral das
turmas que acompanhei. No final de cada das três áreas, é possível encontrar no presente
documento uma reflexão sobre os tópicos anteriormente descritos.
Capítulo 2
Numa fase final foi realizada uma investigação com intuído de obter uma perceção acerca da
relação entre o nível socioeconómico do agregado familiar dos alunos, a prática de atividade
física e a influência que esta tem para a composição corporal, essencialmente na percentagem de
massa gorda do aluno.
Chapter 1 This report aims to present the work I did in the pedagogical internship of the master's degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools and includes a brief contextualization of Quinta das Palmeiras Secondary School, its Physical Education Group and the functions I performed as a trainee teacher. It also briefly touches on the supervision carried out at the Covilhã Music Conservatory. Then this document details three areas, the first related to the organization and management of teaching and learning discriminating aspects of planning, evaluation, and conduction of teaching. The second area aims to describe the activities I developed in school sports and with two students with special educational needs. The third area describes my relationship with the community in the accompaniment of the class director, in the collaboration in extracurricular activities, including a general description of the classes I accompanied. At the end of each of the three areas, it is possible to find in this document a reflection on the topics previously described. Chapter 2 In a final phase, an investigation was conducted with the intent of obtaining an insight into the relationship between the students' aggregate family socioeconomic level, the practice of physical activity, and the influence it has on body composition, essentially on the student’s fat mass percentage.
