| dc.description.abstract | O presente documento regista o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo no Estágio realizado no Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras, concretamente no Gabinete de Relações Internacionais e Cooperação. Este estágio tinha como objetivo adquirir conhecimento da realidade que envolve este tipo de instituições, relativamente a procedimentos e assuntos tratados na mesma. Este estudo tem assim dois objetivos principais: o primeiro diz respeito a uma descrição da instituição onde decorreu o estágio e as atividades desenvolvidas; o segundo objetivo visa analisar o Programa de Retorno Voluntário (programa de ajuda aos imigrantes que decidam regressar aos seus países e não tenham condições para o fazer), em termos de eficácia e problemas verificados ao mesmo. Para a realização da análise foram utilizados dados quantitativos facultados pela Organização Internacional para as Migrações. Este tipo de programas são implementados há muito tempo em vários países, sendo que inicialmente eram utilizados como reguladores do mercado de trabalho. Atualmente, os objetivos deste tipo são muito diferentes. Os dados relativos ao programa português mostram que a procura deste programa tem vindo a crescer, principalmente por parte de imigrantes originários do Brasil e Angola. | dc.description.abstract | This report records the work done over the school year in Stage held at the Foreigners and Borders, specifically the Office of International Relations and Cooperation. This trainship aimed to gain knowledge of the reality that surrounds this type of institutions, procedures and issues addressed in it. This study have two main objectives: the first is a description of the institution where they took the trainship and the activities, the second is to analyze the Voluntary Return Programme (program that helps immigrants who decide to return to their countries and who are not able to do so) in terms of efficacy and problems encountered with it. To perform the analysis I used quantitative data provide by the International Organization for Migration. Such programs are implemented in several countries, and they were initially used as regulators for the labor market. Currently, the objectives of this type are very different. Data for the Portuguese program shows that the demand for this program has been growing, mainly by immigrants from Brazil and Angola. Thus, this report essentially seeks to inform these programs, and in particular the implementation of the program in Portugal. | |
