Abstract(s)
competitivo, considerando tanto a alternância horizontal quanto a alternância
vertical.
This study aimed to analyse the standard microcycle of the teams that competed in the Liga Placard in the 2023/2024 season, the national first division of futsal, organized by the Portuguese Football Federation. We intended to analyse the existence of convergences or divergences in the structuring and organization of the standard unicompetitive microcycle, considering both horizontal alternation and vertical alternation. Therefore, 12 coaches were invited to share the standard uni-competitive microcycle of their respective teams, of which 9 agreed to participate in the study. Of these, 8 were considered to have sufficient technical-tactical information for analysis. To explore the content of the microcycles, the data was organized considering the days of the week, training load, complexity, session objectives, technical-tactical content, number of players and space used in training exercises. The results obtained reveal that there is a convergence of coaches regarding horizontal alternation. As for vertical alternation, despite the diversity of the training exercises observed, methodologies and approaches, the coaches present similar perspectives in the organization and programming of the training microcycle.
