O marketing digital desempenha um papel fundamental na criação de uma relação mais
próxima e de confiança entre as empresas e os seus consumidores, especialmente no
contexto Business to Business (B2B). Ao desenvolver acções bem estruturadas, as
empresas conseguem não apenas conquistar a confiança dos seus clientes, mas também
aumentar as possibilidades de fidelização, o que, por sua vez, influencia positivamente
outros consumidores.
A utilização de ferramentas de marketing digital, como redes sociais e newsletters,
revelou-se essencial para fortalecer o relacionamento com os associados e divulgar as
diversas iniciativas da associação. Assim, ficou evidente a importância da digitalização
para as empresas, tendo em vista o ambiente empresarial competitivo vivido. Ter uma
presença digital ativa e eficaz não é apenas uma opção, mas uma necessidade para as
organizações se destacarem e prosperarem no mercado.
Este relatório, elaborado no âmbito do estágio curricular na Associação Empresarial da
Covilhã, Belmonte e Penamacor (AECBP), tem como objetivo descrever as atividades de
marketing realizadas ao longo do estágio, com foco na promoção das atividades da
associação e no apoio ao desenvolvimento empresarial da região. A utilização eficaz de
ferramentas de marketing digital pode apoiar o crescimento e fortalecimento de
empresas online, criando uma ligação de confiança com o seu público e ajudando-as a
crescer de forma sustentável.
Digital marketing plays a fundamental role in creating a closer and more trusting relationship between companies and their consumers, especially in the Business to Business (B2B) context. By developing well-structured actions, companies can not only win the trust of their customers, but also increase the chances of loyalty, which in turn positively influences other consumers. The use of digital marketing tools, such as social networks and newsletters, proved essential for strengthening relationships with members and publicising the association's various initiatives. The importance of digitalisation for companies has thus become clear, given the competitive business environment. Having an active and effective digital presence is not just an option, but a necessity for organisations to stand out and thrive in the market. This report, written as part of my internship at the Associação Empresarial da Covilhã, Belmonte e Penamacor (AECBP), aims to describe the marketing activities carried out during the internship, with a focus on promoting the association's activities and supporting business development in the region.
