A perda de audição temporária ou permanente causada pela exposição ao ruído no local de trabalho é uma das doenças profissionais mais comuns. Em Portugal, a surdez profissional situa-se em segundo lugar entre as doenças profissionais, originando ainda, frequentemente, outras perturbações fisiológicas e psicológicas.
O reconhecimento destes problemas levou à elaboração de legislação com vista à proteção dos trabalhadores, é assim objetivo deste trabalho abordar a temática do ruído laboral com base na legislação em vigor, decreto-lei n.º182/2006, de 6 de setembro, em Portugal.
O presente estudo pretende avaliar de que forma a legislação aplicável em termos de ruído laboral, se encontra a ser cumprida nas nossas empresas. Tendo em conta um estudo realizado com base de dados recolhidos em 2 empresas de indústrias distintas.
Temporary or permanent hearing loss caused by noise exposure at work is one of the most common occupational diseases. In Portugal, professional deafness lies in second place among the occupational diseases, creating yet often other physiological and psychological disorders. The acknowledgment of these problems led to the legislative drafting to protect workers. The objective of this study is to approach the issue of noise at work on the basis of current legislation: Ordinance Nº182 / 2006 of September 6th in Portugal. The Aim of this study is to assess how the noise legislation at work is being fulfilled in our companies. It was taking into account a study of database collected from two companies in different industries.
