| dc.description.abstract | Tenta-se neste trabalho demonstrar como a diacronia Ć© capaz de ajudar a entender o uso do infinitivo pessoal, tomando como ponto de partida a aprendizagem que dele faz um espanhol. Este tempo verbal Ć© inexistente em castelhano e mesmo entre os portugueses gera alguns problemas. A gramĆ”tica portuguesa apresentou-o sempre do ponto de vista estilĆstico; sendo um dos temas mais polĆ©micos e conflitivos. O seu uso Ć© restrito Ć subordinaĆ§Ć£o, sendo a oraĆ§Ć£o completiva o elemento que nos cria, a nĆ³s espanhĆ³is, maiores dificuldades devido Ć s limitaƧƵes impostas pela semĆ¢ntica dos verbos na sua origem latina. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this work is to demonstrate how diachronic considerations may help to understand the usage of the so called infinitivo pessoal (personal infinitive), taking as a starting point the learning process of this subject by Spanish students. This verb tense does not exist in Spanish and causes not few problems among Portuguese speakers. Portuguese grammar has always approached it from the stylistic point of view and it is one of the most controversial subjects. It is used in subordination and, specifically, completive clauses are the most difficult ones (for Spanish people) because of the restrictions imposed by the semantics of those verbs with Latin origin. | pt_PT |
