Abstract(s)
Este trabalho pretende fomentar uma reflexão sobre as inegáveis vantagens da supervisão pedagógica, ao professor já em carreira, mas também sobre toda a sua problemática numa perspetiva de um melhor entendimento do conceito e dos outros que lhes estão relacionados, nomeadamente a reflexividade docente. Abordam-se as diferenças da supervisão no que respeita ao supervisor e ao supervisionado e analisam-se as formas e as dimensões dessa supervisão, bem como os estilos que o supervisor poderá/deverá assumir. Analisa-se ainda a importância crescente da reflexividade docente e o papel preponderante da reflexão como modelo de supervisão.
This work wants to develop a reflexion about the undeniable vantages of the pedagogical supervision, to the teachers already in career, but also about all his questionable in a perspective of a better understanding of the concept and the others that are related, namely the teacher’s reflexibilty. It talks about the differences of the supervision as regards the supervisor and the supervised and it analyses the shapes and dimensions of that supervision, as well as the styles that the supervisor can/should assume. It also analyses the increasing importance about the teacher’s reflexibility and the preponderant role of the reflexion as a super visor model.
