Abstract(s)
A new chapter has been included in human history, with the passage of our society to the postmodern era, which brought with it important and compelling changes in particular in the emergence of a specific type of non-traditional families, such as the homoparental or homoaffective with biological children and/or adopted (in some cases, co-adopted by both members of the couple, according to the law of the country concerned). Social phenomenon such that it causes strong waves of (re)pressure, prejudice, discrimination and "headaches" to the state, when you see pressed to regulate certain rights claimed by these same families (Portugal, for example) and society in generally not accepted with "good eyes", wincing before issues relating to the concept of "homosexuality" and gender as well, these can influence a good or bad development and education in children involved. This study therefore aims to study the homoparenthood a female homosexual couple with adopted children through a selective literature review (nationally scarce) and applying a semi-structured interview the couple.
