Capítulo 1
Este relatório de estágio surge no âmbito da conclusão dos estudos conducentes ao grau de Mestre em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Beira Interior, da disciplina Estágio Pedagógico. Este estágio pedagógico foi realizado no ano letivo de 2012/2013, Escola Secundária c/3º Ciclo de Amato Lusitano em Castelo Branco.
Tem como objetivos primordiais tentar descrever o trabalho realizado enquanto professor estagiário, pretendendo realizar uma introspeção acerca do trabalho efetuado, relativamente ao planeamento e lecionação, na intervenção relativa à turma identificando e enumerando tanto os aspetos positivos como os negativos, permitindo assim, tornar as minhas futuras prestações mais eficazes e eficientes, bem como fornecer algumas sugestões para, se possível, melhorar o funcionamento do Estágio Pedagógico em anos futuros. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar se um programa de treino de endurance e força dos membros inferiores e superiores, durante seis semanas, influenciaria significativamente a melhoria da endurance e da força dos membros inferiores e superiores em alunos de ambos os sexos do ensino secundário. A amostra foi composta por 57 alunos (16,93+1,13 anos) divididos em 2 grupos, grupo controlo (GC) (n=26) e grupo experimental (GE) (n=31) que teve duas sessões de treino /semana durante seis semanas. O GC apresenta valores não significativos (p>0,05), mas o GE apresenta valores significativos nas componentes desenvolvidas pelo programa de treino imposto (intragrupo). Apresentando assim, valores não significativos apenas no sprint, tanto no sexo feminino (p>0,188) como no sexo masculino (p>0,327), o que confirma a persecução dos objetivos deste trabalho, uma vez que no programa esta componente não constava diretamente. O programa de 6 semanas, no GE de ambos os sexos apresentaram melhorias estatisticamente significativas em todos os parâmetros do programa proposto (p<0,05).
Chapter 1 This internship report comes in the context of the completion of studies leading to the degree of Master of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior, Teacher Training Course. This teaching practice was conducted in academic year 2012/2013, High School c / 3rd Cycle Amato Lusitano in Castelo Branco. Its primary goals attempt to describe the work as a trainee teacher, intending to conduct an introspection about the work done in relation to planning and lecionação, intervention on the class identifying and enumerating both the positive and negative aspects, thus, make my future benefits more effective and efficient, as well as provide some suggestions to, if possible, improve the functioning of Teacher Training in future years. Chapter 2 The aim of this study was to determine whether a program of endurance training and strength of upper and lower limbs for six weeks, significantly influence the improvement of endurance and strength of upper and lower limbs in students of both sexes in secondary education.The sample comprised 57 students (16.93+1.13 years) divided into two groups, control group (CG) (n = 26) and experimental group (EG) (n = 31). The CG has non-significant values (p> 0.05), but EG has significant values in the components developed by the training program tax (intragroup). Featuring well, non-significant values only in the sprint, both in females (p> 0.188) and males (p> 0.327), confirming the pursuit of the objectives of this work, since the program was not included in this component directly. The 6-week program at GE from both sexes showed statistically significant improvements in all parameters of the proposed program (p <0.05).
