| dc.description.abstract | Considerando a construção a actividade humana que mais afecta, directa e indirectamente, o ambiente, cresce a preocupação em repensar o modo como o arqui-tecto tem vindo a intervir no espaço. Reconhecendo a actual e preocupante situação do parque edificado nacional, urge a necessidade de conjugar esforços que procurem, na reabilitação, alternativa à nova construção, minimizando a degradação ambiental. Este trabalho pretende contribuir para a divulgação de dois conceitos que vêm ganhando reconhecimento no presente estado arquitectónico - sustentabilidade e rea-bilitação – que se caracterizam por corresponder a aspectos para o futuro próximo, e fomentando, de igual modo, o conhecimento em matéria legislativa dos respectivos conceitos. Desenvolve-se uma metodologia de estudo assente na apresentação do estado actual dos temas referidos, explicando-se a integração na presente sociedade e na arquitectura, as condições de aplicação de instrumentos governamentais e o reconhe-cimento de sistemas que favoreçam melhor desempenho na construção, culminando na análise de casos concretos de reabilitação. Procura-se perceber, através de uma reflexão fundada nos conceitos de sustentabilidade e reabilitação, em que ponto se encontra o estado actual da reabilitação sustentável a nível nacional. Obteve-se um resultado pouco animador no que concerne à aplicação de técnicas sustentáveis nas reabilitações estudadas, levando a crer que Portugal se encontra um pouco atrasado nestas questões. O propósito deste trabalho consiste na divulgação de alternativas que estan-quem a degradação ambiental, aliado à retracção do crescimento urbano e à preser-vação e conservação do património arquitectónico. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Considering the construction, the human being activity which affect more direct-ly and indirectly, the environment, grows the concern in rethinking the way as an archi-tect has come to take part in the space. Recognizing the current and preoccupying situation of the national park built, urges the necessity to conjugate efforts that allow, in the, rehabilitation, an alternative to the new construction, minimizing the ambiental de-gradation. This work intends to contribute for the spreading of two concepts that come gaining recognition in the architectural – actual state and rehabilitation - that are cha-racterized for corresponding aspects for the next future, and inciting, equally, the knowledge in legislative substance of the respective concepts. A study methodology is developed seatting in the current state presentations of the related subjects, justifying the integration in the present society and the architec-ture, the application conditions of governmental instruments and the recognition of sys-tems that support a better construction performance, culminating in the analysis of concrete cases of rehabilitation. It is tried to understand, through a reflection estab-lished in the concepts of sustainability and rehabilitation which the point we find the current state of the sustainable and rehabilitation in the national level. A weak encour-aging result was gotten concerning the application of sustainable techniques in the rehabilitation studies, leading to believe that Portugal it is behindhand in these kind of questions. The intention of this work consists in the spreading of alternatives that stanch the ambiental degrading, allied to the urban growth retractions and to the preservation and conservation of the architectonic property. | |
