O presente relatório de estágio pedagógico descreve e analisa a intervenção
desenvolvida no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio Pedagógico do Mestrado em
Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, realizado na Escola Básica
de São Domingos ao longo do ano letivo 2024/2025. A prática docente decorreu em
turmas do 2º e 3º ciclos, bem como secundário, com registo de experiências de
lecionação em autonomia e acompanhamento de atividades extracurriculares no
Desporto Escolar. Paralelamente, foi desenvolvido um projeto de investigação com o
objetivo de analisar a influência do Desporto Escolar no desenvolvimento da aptidão
física infantojuvenil, através da aplicação da bateria de testes FitEscola a dois grupos
distintos. Os resultados evidenciam melhorias mais significativas nos alunos
participantes em atividades do Desporto Escolar em relação aos alunos que apenas
participam na aula de Educação Física, reforçando a importância do mesmo como
complemento educativo. Este relatório assume-se como uma reflexão crítica sobre a
prática pedagógica, o desenvolvimento profissional e o impacto da intervenção no
contexto escolar.
This teaching internship report describes and analyzes the intervention developed within the scope of the Teaching Internship Curricular Unit of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, carried out at Escola Básica de São Domingos during the 2024/2025 school year. The teaching practice took place in 2nd, 3rd, and secondary education cycles, including autonomous teaching experiences and involvement in extracurricular School Sports activities. Simultaneously, a research project was conducted to analyze the influence of School Sports on the physical fitness development of children and adolescents, through the application of the FitEscola test battery to two distinct groups. The results revealed significantly greater improvements among students who participated in School Sports activities compared to those who only attended Physical Education classes, reinforcing its importance as an educational complement. This report represents a critical reflection on pedagogical practice, professional development, and the impact of the intervention within the school context.
