Abstract(s)
Com a elaboração desta dissertação pretendeu-se partilhar uma experiência de trabalho dos
últimos sete anos e em simultâneo aprofundar conhecimentos na área da manutenção indústrial para
fazer uma análise critica ao trabalho efectuado de forma a encontar pontos de melhoria para futura
realização.
Este trabalho encontra-se dividido em três partes:
1ª Descrição da evolução da manutenção, os tipos de manutenção existentes, os meios utilizados
para a sua concretização e as ferramentas mais utilizadas para a resolução dos problemas.
Aborda também uma metodologia e um conjunto de técnicas que poderão ser utilizadas para
aumentar a disponibilidade dos equipamentos e melhorar a sua eficiência produtiva.
2ª Caracterização da empresa, descrição do seu processo produtivo e análise da estrutura e
organização da divisão de manutenção.
3ª Acções de melhoria que deverão ser implementadas.
With the preparation of this dissertation I intend to share a my last 7 years work experience and at the same time to deepen knowledge in the industrial maintenance area in order to make a critical analysis to the work done and with the purpose of finding new areas to be improved in the future. This dissertation is divided in three parts: 1ª Description of the maintenance progress, all different maintenance models, the necessary means and the tools most commonly used in solving the problems. It also approaches a methodology and a set of techniques that can be used to increase the equipments availability as well as its productivity. 2ª Company characterization, description of the productive process and analisysing the maintenance division structure and organization. 3ª Improvement action that should be implemented.
