Abstract(s)
tratamento adequada.
Idiophatic Membranous Glomerulonephritis represents one of the kidney diseases that most commonly results in Nephrotic Syndrom, especially in the elderly, representing also the second most common cause of end-stage renal disease within primary glomerulonephritis. It assumes, therefore, a higher relevance in nephrology, internal medicine and general practice services intervention, thus a profound and systematic understanding determines itself as an essential vector to the earliest diagnosis possible. In this paper, we intended to develop a case study of a female 63 years old patient, starting with a deep literature study and ending in the practical integration of the clinical process data that we collected. Several variables indicating a prognostic were attained, reinforcing the importance of clinical investigation-intervention logic to aproach an adequate treatment strategy.
