Abstract(s)
orgasmo e a dor.
female.
Child sexual abuse (CSA) refers to a spectrum of actions or behaviors ranging from inappropriate physical touch to sexual intercourse between an adult and a child who is either younger or mentally immature to give consent. This traumatic experience can leave profound marks on various spheres of the victims' adult lives, including their sexual health. Sexual dysfunctions comprise a heterogeneous group characterized by an individual's difficulty in experiencing sexual pleasure or responding sexually, issues that cause clinically significant distress. These can be broadly divided into disorders related to sexual desire, sexual arousal, orgasm, and pain. This thesis aims to conduct a survey of the proposed mechanisms to explain the relationship between CSA and sexual dysfunctions and to explore possible prevention and intervention strategies in this profile of victims. By consulting databases such as PubMed and B-on, as well as theses and books in the field, the most relevant studies in this area will be systematically collected, using terms such as child sexual abuse, psychosexual disorder, and female.
