O trabalho académico agora apresentado, que procura refletir a experiência
adquirida durante o estágio curricular, desenvolvido de 11 de dezembro de 2023 a 11 de
maio de 2024 no Centro de Inclusão – Covilhã Cidade do Design, na Divisão de Cultura,
na Câmara Municipal da Covilhã. Este constitui, na Universidade da Beira Interior, uma
peça fundamental para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Design Multimédia. Com efeito,
após os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo de todo o percurso académico, da
experiência profissional obtida no estágio e vertida no presente trabalho, considero-me
apta a colocar em prática, em contexto real, o saber teórico e prático reunido. Como já se
referiu, o estágio teve como principal objetivo não só adquirir novos conhecimentos e
metodologias de trabalho numa situação laboral, ou seja, num ambiente profissional
específico, com rotinas de trabalho bem definidas, mas também aplicar os
conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico, de modo a desenvolver
projetos que foram implementados em contexto real. Deste modo, o presente
relatório de estágio elenca as principais tarefas realizadas, problemas que surgiram e
propostas de remediação, destacando as competências e habilidades desenvolvidas ao
longo de todo o processo. São igualmente apresentados os resultados alcançados e os
contributos oferecidos à respetiva entidade em apreço. Por fim, expõe-se ainda uma
reflexão em torno da importância de toda esta experiência para o desenvolvimento
pessoal e profissional, sublinhando as lições aprendidas e os planos para o futuro.
The academic work presented here, which seeks to reflect the experience acquired during the curricular internship, developed from 11 December 2023 to 11 May 2024, specifically at the Inclusion Centre - Covilhã Cidade do Design, in the Culture Division, constitutes, at the University of Beira Interior, a fundamental part of obtaining the Master's degree in Multimedia Design. In fact, after the knowledge acquired throughout the academic career, the professional experience gained during the internship and the aforementioned work, we are able to put the theoretical and practical knowledge gathered into practice in a real-life context. As already mentioned, the main objective of the internship was not only to acquire new knowledge and working methodologies in a real context, i.e. in a specific professional environment with well-defined working routines, but also to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the academic career in order to develop projects that were implemented in a real context. This internship report therefore lists the main tasks carried out, problems that arose and proposals for remedy, highlighting the competences and skills developed throughout the process. It also presents the results achieved and the contributions made to the organisation in question. Finally, there is a reflection on the importance of the whole experience for personal and professional development, highlighting the lessons learnt and plans for the future, based on all the experiences gained.
