Abstract(s)
Este trabalho é sobre o problema da utilização da teoria do controlo aplicada à
geração em sistemas de energia eléctrica. O controlo da geração compreende
dois sistemas de controlo: o controlo da geração da potência activa ‐‐ regulador
de frequência e o controlo da geração da potência reactiva ‐‐ regulador de
tensão. Neste trabalho são estudados estes dois sistemas de controlo.
São propostos vários tipos de controladores para os dois sistemas de controlo,
após se ter apresentado uma selecção dos tópicos mais relevantes da teoria do
controlo óptimo. Apresentou‐se uma forma original de determinar
controladores por realimentação directa das saídas para o regulador de tensão
e para o regulador de frequência. Comparam‐se os resultados obtidos com os
diferentes controladores e com o controlo clássico dos dois sistemas de
controlo.
This thesis is on the application of control theory to the generation control of electric power systems. The generation control comprises two control systems: the control system for the active power ‐‐ frequency regulator, and the control system for the reactive power ‐‐ voltage regulator. Both of these control systems are studied. Upon presentation of a selection of relevant topics of control theory, various types of controllers are proposed for the frequency and voltage control systems. A new procedure for the optimal output feedback control of the frequency and voltage systems has been proposed. The results obtained with the new optimal control systems are compared with each other and with those for control systems based on classic control.
