O presente relatório de estágio foi realizado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio
Pedagógico integrada no 2º ciclo de estudos, Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física
nos Ensino Básico e Secundário. O estágio foi realizado no ano letivo 2021/2022 na
Escola Secundária Amato Lusitano, na cidade de Castelo Branco.
O estágio pedagógico constitui uma fase de grande relevância no processo de formação
do futuro professor de educação física, tendo permitido pôr em prática todos os
ensinamentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico. O relatório visa
demonstrar todo o percurso realizado, estando dividido em dois grandes capítulos. No
primeiro capítulo é apresentada a contextualização da escola onde se desenvolveu o
estágio pedagógico, a Escola Secundária Amato Lusitano, em Castelo Branco, assim
como as atividades e tarefas inerentes às aulas da disciplina de educação física. Serão
ainda apresentadas reflexões do aluno estagiário sobre o seu percurso ao longo do
estágio, sobre as aulas lecionadas a uma turma de 10º ano CT/AVIS, sobre atividades
desenvolvidas no Desporto Escolar e atividades desenvolvidas na comunidade.
No segundo capítulo será apresentado o trabalho de investigação desenvolvido, cujo
objetivo foi analisar os efeitos de aulas de educação física após pandemia em alunos do
ensino secundário. Desenvolveu-se, então, um estudo em que se analisaram variáveis de
aptidão física (ex.: capacidade cardiorrespiratória, força muscular, flexibilidade, entre
outras) recolhidas no início e no fim do ano letivo, através da aplicação de bateria de
testes do programa FitEscola®. Os resultados demonstraram uma melhoria significativa
em todas as variáveis, destacando-se, assim, a importância que a disciplina de educação
física tem para o desenvolvimento da aptidão física dos alunos.
The present internship report was developed to the curricular unit of teacher training integrated in master's degree in Teaching of Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education. The internship was performed in the school year 2021/2022 at the High School Amato Lusitano. The teacher training is considered an important phase in the training process of the future teacher of physical education, providing the opportunity to use the theoretical teachings acquired throughout the academic career. Thus, this internship report aimed to report the activities and the experience acquired by the trainee, being divided into two main chapters. In the first chapter, a contextualization of the school was included, as well as the activities and tasks inherent to the lessons of physical education. Moreover, trainee’ reflections related to the teacher training (e.g., class of 10th grade, school sport, and activities developed to the community) were also presented. In the second chapter, a research work was developed, whose aim was to analyze the effects of physical education classes after pandemic in high school students. A study was developed, and different physical fitness variables were measured (e.g., cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, flexibility, …) at the beginning and the end of the school year. The tests integrated in the FitEscola® programme was used. The results showed significant differences in all variables, highlighting the importance of the physical education subject to develop the physical fitness of the students.
