Abstract(s)
A recuperação e valorização do Património, mas sobretudo a possibilidade por parte dos cidadãos de poderem usufruir em pleno de um bem que lhes pertence, é cada vez mais uma preocupação comum, sendo que a disciplina Arquitectura tem um papel fundamental em todo esse processo.
Urge a necessidade de valorizar e sobretudo fomentar o conhecimento do Património que, inequivocamente, representa a evolução da sociedade, e permanece, em muitos casos, esquecido e até perdido para sempre, por não se haver promovido, no momento certo, a sua valorização.
É objectivo da presente dissertação a valorização de um Monumento Nacional, nomeadamente a sua devolução em pleno à população em geral, através da criação de um espaço que promova a dinamização cultural e turística do seu interior e envolvente.
The recuperation and valuation of the Patrimony, but especially the possibility that the citizens have the possibility to make a full use of an element that belongs to them, it’s a currently common preoccupation, and the Architecture discipline has a crucial role in all that process. It is urgent the need to value and especially promote the knowledge of the Patrimony, which unquestionably represents the evolution of the society, and remains, in many cases, forgotten and even lost forever, because it is not promoted, at the right moment, its valorization. It is propose of the present work the valorization of a National Monument, mainly its full devolution to the population in general, through the creation of a space which promotes the cultural and touristic dynamism of its inside and outside area.
