Neste relatório de estágio constata-se, através da implementação de um projeto, a importância que o Design de Interfaces tem na relação com o utilizador e qual o seu impacto no comportamento do mesmo.
Para que o estudo fosse o mais profundo possível, através de uma investigação intervencionista ativa, foi realizado um estágio na empresa Assec Sim – Sistemas de Informação e Multimédia (empresa sediada na Covilhã) por um período de quatro meses. Projetou-se um sistema de reservas online onde foi aplicado o Design de Interação e o Design de Interfaces aplicado no desenvolvimento de um produto na área logística da hotelaria.
A oportunidade de um estágio na área de Design de Interfaces foi uma mais-valia na relação profissional do mestrando, dando assim a possibilidade de desenhar interfaces e conceber um produto para ser comercializado, passando por todas as fases de desenvolvimento.
