O presente documento elaborado no âmbito da etapa final do curso de Mestrado
Integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas encontra-se dividido em três capítulos, sendo eles os
relatórios de estágio em farmácia hospitalar e em farmácia comunitária, como também o
trabalho de investigação.
Nos relatórios de estágio pretende-se ir muito além de uma descrição das atividades
desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular, pretende-se também abordar quais as
problemáticas da atualidade e soluções que podem ser apresentadas, ou seja, a intenção é de
fazer uma análise crítica daquilo que eu como estagiário e futuro farmacêutico pude constatar
neste período de estágio.
Os relatórios de estágio encontram-se divididos em diversos pontos, sendo que na fase
inicial é realizada uma contextualização profissional, passando por breves descrições dos
serviços, encontrando-se de seguida uma análise SWOT e, por fim, uma breve conclusão.
Os estágios em conjunto com os respetivos relatórios foram sem dúvida um passo
importante para a minha profissionalização.
Quanto ao trabalho de investigação, o foco incidiu na problemática relacionada com as
complicações a longo prazo resultantes da utilização de imunossupressores em doentes sujeitos
a transplante de órgãos, em particular o aparecimento de cancro. Assim, de forma mais
específica, teve-se como objetivo a análise sistemática de dados sobre o aumento da
incidência de cancro e o uso de um imunossupressor, o tacrolímus.
The present document elaborated in the scope of the Integrated Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is divided in three chapters, such chapters are the reports of the traineeships in hospital pharmacy and in community pharmacy, as well as the research work. In both traineeship reports the intent is to go beyond a description of the activities developed during the curricular stage, it is also intended to address the current problems and solutions that can be presented, that is, a critical analysis of that I as a trainee and future pharmacist could verify during this internship period. The internship reports are constituted by several points, in the initial phase a professional context is made, with short descriptions of services, followed by a SWOT analysis and, lastly, a brief conclusion. The internships and the respective reports were undoubtedly an important step towards my professionalization. Regarding the research work, the focus was put on issues related to the long-term complications resulting from the use of immunosupressants in patients undergoing organ trasplantation, in particular the appearance of cancer. Thus, more specifically, the objective was to systematically analyze data on the incidence of cancer and the use of an immunosuppressant, the tacrolimus.
