Abstract(s)
O presente documento foi elaborado no Ăąmbito da Unidade Curricular de EstĂĄgio PedagĂłgico do 2.Âș ciclo de estudos, com vista Ă obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ensino de Educação FĂsica nos Ensinos BĂĄsico e SecundĂĄrio, da Universidade da Beira Interior. O estĂĄgio decorreu na Escola SecundĂĄria Campos Melo, durante o ano letivo de 2024/2025. O RelatĂłrio de EstĂĄgio encontra-se organizado em dois grandes capĂtulos. No primeiro, ââIntervenção PedagĂłgicaââ, Ă© apresentada de forma detalhada a minha atuação ao longo do ano letivo, incluindo o trabalho desenvolvido nas turmas atribuĂdas, a participação no Desporto Escolar, o acompanhamento da Direção de Turma e a integração na vida da escola e na comunidade educativa. O segundo capĂtulo, ââInvestigação e Inovação PedagĂłgicaââ, descreve o estudo realizado sobre a influĂȘncia de um programa de Pilates nos indicadores do programa FitEscola, nomeadamente na força abdominal e na flexibilidade. A investigação decorreu com 22 alunos do ensino secundĂĄrio e demonstrou que, apĂłs seis semanas de intervenção, os participantes revelaram melhorias estatisticamente significativas nos parĂąmetros de flexibilidade direita (p = 0,016) e flexibilidade esquerda (p = 0,025) analisados, comprovando os benefĂcios da prĂĄtica regular de Pilates no contexto escolar.
This report, prepared within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship Course Unit of the 2nd cycle of studies, aims to obtain the Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education from the University of Beira Interior. The internship took place at Campos Melo Secondary School during the 2024/2025 academic year. The Internship Report is organized into two main chapters that describe the learnings and experiences acquired throughout the academic year. The first chapter, "Pedagogical Intervention," meticulously details the activities carried out within the educational institution, including the work developed with assigned classes, participation in school sports, advisory support to the class director, and integration into school life and the educational community. The second chapter, "Research and Pedagogical Innovation," presents an investigative study that aimed to explore the influence of a Pilates program on FitEscola program indicators, specifically abdominal strength and flexibility. The research was conducted with 22 secondary school students and demonstrated that, after five weeks of intervention, participants showed statistically significant improvements in right flexibility (p = 0.016) and left flexibility (p = 0.025) parameters, proving the benefits of regular Pilates practice in the school context.
