- o ser humano não pretende sacrificar e abdicar de interesses em prol de uma compensação assente numa vontade de ser mais memorável para a condição humana;
- a política limita-se a abarcar um conjunto de promessas levianamente feitas para as não cumprir, ou seja, a sua função e utilidade destroem a confiança da comunidade;
- há um desajustamento entre o que a vontade é e o que poderia/deveria ser, contudo um novo mundo é sempre possível se o agir político fizer uso de uma vontade liberta de uma intenção de domínio sobre o outro e do acentuar da desigualdade entre os indivíduos;
The will is naturally considered a concept given to multiple interpretations and to a relevance that one believes to know and master, but from the height of its status it cannot be captured in its intention. The origin of this belief, vague but widespread, it is possible to identify the assumption of an absolute (ir)rationality in political, moral, ethical acting, and tend to deplete human understanding, questioning the intentions of those in power, their alleged mental unit and there originated decisions. In light of this perspective, the concept of will reveals itself sovereign / absolute, ambiguous and contradictory in the way human being organizes himself in the process of humanization. For this reason, in this thesis, we propose that the contradiction results from the fact that the human being does not want to support its human condition in a will of being de facto free, humanizing and different in equality according to the nature of each one, i.e., chooses to give existence to a policy matrix, which, in addition to obsolete, is violent, delusional and even rooted in an appearing to be, which aims to dominate and subjugate everyone who opposes the existing status quo. Indeed, the hypothesis of an ontocratic regime becomes the domain of utopia and dreaminess, because man is afraid of the existence of a freedom as a means that can lead him to know himself and to eudaimonia. Besides the above, it is considered that: - Human being does not want to sacrifice and give up interests in favor of compensation based on a willingness to be more memorable for the human condition; - Policy limits itself to cover a set of frivolously made promises not to be accomplished, i.e., its function and usefulness destroy the confidence of the community; - There is a disparity between what a will is and what it could / should be, however, a new world is always possible if the political action will make use of a will released of an intention to dominate the other and to accentuate inequality among individuals; - It is possible, learning from the mistakes of the traditional matrix of human action, to operate a new understanding as to mode and manner life is lived. That is, to give existence a political being effectively established in a will to actually be human.
