Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio pedagógico apresenta resumidamente as experiências
vivenciadas ao longo do ano letivo 2017/2018, na Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras e no
Conservatório de Música da Covilhã. Ao longo do mesmo encontra-se uma contextualização e
objetivos do Agrupamento, as várias dificuldades sentidas e as estratégias utilizadas para as
combater, bem como a perceção dos erros e a evolução na operacionalização desses mesmos.
Houve também a colaboração com a direção de turma e com o desporto escolar (Badminton e
Multiatividades ao Ar Livre). Paralelamente ao descrito anteriormente, foi realizado um
trabalho de investigação, juntamente com as minhas colegas de estágio, tendo sido aplicado
às duas turmas do 12º ano que nos foram atribuídas, onde visava comparar os valores obtidos
no pré e pós teste do grupo de controlo e experimental, bem como a melhoria da força dos
membros superiores e inferiores em ambos os grupos, através da implementação de um
programa de treino de força ao longo de 8 semanas.
The present pedagogical report briefly presents the experiences of the 2017/2018 school year, at Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras and at Covilhã Conservatory of Music. Along the same one is a contextualization and objectives of the Grouping, the several difficulties felt and the strategies used to fight them, as well as the perception of the mistakes and the evolution in the operationalization of these same ones. There was also collaboration with the class management and school sports (Badminton and Outdoor Multi-activities). In parallel to that described above, a research work was carried out, together with my internship colleagues, applied to the two classes of the 12th year that were assigned to us, in order to compare the values obtained in the pre- and post-test of the control group, as well as improving upper and lower limb strength in both groups through the implementation of a strength training program over 8 weeks.
