O presente documento apresenta a reflexão final das experiências vivenciadas por
mim ao longo do estágio pedagógico realizado no ano letivo 2020/2021 na Escola
Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras e na Escola Básica de São Domingos –
Agrupamento de Escolas Lã e Neve. O estágio iniciou no mês de setembro de 2020 e
terminou em junho de 2021, devido á situação pandémica existente, as aulas lecionadas
passaram por duas vertentes, presencial e online, estas alterações influenciaram o
planeamento efetuado no início do ano letivo, influenciou de igual modo, o projeto de
investigação a implementar.
Foi realizado um trabalho de investigação que teve como objetivo principal avaliar o
efeito de um programa de atividade física baseado em atividades/desafios
aplicados durante as aulas de Educação Física nos alunos do 10º ano, 14 alunos
género feminino e 15 alunos género masculino, o projeto foi implementado
durante 4 semanas. Em ambos os grupos em analise verificou-se um aumento nos
níveis de atividade física após a implementação do estudo, sendo que no género
feminino esse aumento foi mais significativo verificando-se uma melhoria mais
significativa. A aplicação do projeto apesar de ter sido de curta duração, verificouse uma alteração de comportamentos nos alunos participantes.
This document presents the final reflection of the experiences lived by me during the pedagogical internship held in the 2020/2021 school year at the Quinta das Palmeiras Secondary School and at the São Domingos Basic School – school cluster Lã e Neve. The internship started in September 2020 and ended in June 2021, due to the existing pandemic situation, the classes taught went through, face-to-face and online, these changes influenced the planning made at the beginning of the school year, similarly influenced, the research project to be implemented. A research work was carried out with the main objective of evaluating the effect of a physical activity program based on activities/challenges applied during Physical Education classes on 10th grade students, 14 female students and 15 male students, the project was implemented for 4 weeks. In both groups under analysis there was an increase in physical activity levels after the implementation of the study, and in females this increase was more significant, with a more significant improvement. The application of the project, despite having been of short duration, there was a change in the behaviour of the participating students.
