Este relatório de estágio foi realizado tendo por base o estágio em Optometria Clinica realizado na OcularEyeCare, em Aveiro, de 2 de Julho de 2012 a 18 de Outubro 2012.
De entre os vários casos clínicos analisados durante os três meses de estágio, foram selecionados três, tendo em conta que um deveria ser referente a uma referenciação de patologia ocular, outro sobre visão binocular e por fim um de contactologia.
Foram então escolhidos os temas: Suspeita de afetação do VI par craniano, Excesso de Convergência e Adaptação de uma lente de contacto hidrófila tórica e uma lente de contacto rígida tórica permeável aos gases.
This internship report was conducted based on the stage in Optometry Clinic in OcularEyeCare, held in Aveiro, from 2 July 2012 to 18 October 2012. Among the many clinical cases examined during the three-month internship, three were selected, taking into account that one should be related to a referral of ocular pathology, another on binocular vision and finally a contactology theme. Themes were then chosen: Suspect of the VI affected cranial nerve, Excess Convergence and Adaptation of a soft contact toric lens and a rigid gas permeable contact toric lens.
