Abstract(s)
Na tentativa de uma formação especializada - Supervisão Pedagógica - a
palavra reflexão deu o mote a um processo dinâmico de partilha de vários
saberes, bem como à construção de novos olhares e novas formas de agir
enquanto supervisores, num cenário tão específico como o da Formação do
Programa Nacional de Ensino do Português.
Através da análise de documentos que serviram a praxis, fomo-nos
descobrindo a nós próprios e às nossas concepções como docentes e avaliadores
e igualmente fomos auscultando no fazer e no dizer dos Formandos, as suas
crenças, os seus valores, as suas dúvidas, as suas metodologias e até os seus
sonhos.
While trying a specialized training - Pedagogical Supervision - the word reflexion was the starting point to a dynamic process which deals with the sharing of various levels of knowledge as well as the building up of a new observation process and new ways of acting while playing the role of supervisors in a scenario as specific as the National Training Programme of the Portuguese Language Teaching. Through a thorough analysis of the documents which supported the praxis, we found out about ourselves and about our believes and conceptions as teachers and educators, while, at the same time, through the acting and the formulation of the trainees` ideas we were able to reach the core of their believes, their values, their doubts, their methodologies and even their dreams.
