O presente Relatório de estágio foi realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular de Estágio
Pedagógico e visa dar a conhecer todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo
2020/2021 (atípico devido à Pandemia de SAR-CoV-2), o qual decorreu na Escola Secundária
Amato Lusitano, em Castelo Branco.
Na primeira parte é apresentada uma descrição pormenorizada do que foi realizado, no
que concerne à intervenção junto das turmas do ensino básico e secundário, 9.º e 10.º ano
respetivamente, nas quais foram abordados temas como: o planeamento, ensino e
aprendizagem, avaliação, direção de turma. De seguida apresenta-se o desporto escolar e a
relação com a comunidade escolar, assim como também são explanadas algumas reflexões sobre
como decorreu todo este processo.
Na segunda parte, dá-se destaque ao projeto de investigação, o qual incidiu sobre a
Análise da Condição Física em Contexto Escolar: desenvolvimento da aptidão física na aula de
Educação Física em tempo de pandemia. O qual foi realizado com a turma do ensino
secundário, do 10.º ano, com a participação de 22 alunos, de ambos os géneros. Pretendeu-se,
verificar se a aplicação de um programa de treino, com a duração de oito semanas, sendo este
executado em ensino presencial e à distância, desenvolve a aptidão física dos sujeitos. Foi
através do programa FITescola®, nomeadamente, dos testes vaivém, flexão de braços, impulsão
horizontal e abdominais, que se fez uma avaliação pré e pós a execução do programa de treino e
se tiraram as devidas ilações.
This Internship Report was carried out within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship curricular unit and aims to demonstrate all the work developed throughout the school year 2020/2021 (atypical due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic), which took place at the Secondary School Amato Lusitano, in Castelo Branco. In the first part, a detailed description of what was done is introduced, with regard to the intervention with the primary and secondary classes, from the 9th and 10th grade, respectively, which whom topics such as planning, teaching and learning, assessment and class management were approached. Then, the relationship between the school sports and the school community is also presented, as well as some reflections on how this whole process took place. In the second part, the research project is stressed. It focused the Analysis of Physical Condition in School Context: development of physical fitness in the Physical Education class in a time of pandemic and it was carried out with a secondary school class, from the 10th grade, with the participation of 22 students from both genders. It was intended, to find out if the performance of a training program, during eight weeks, being a face to face and distance learning, develops the subjects' physical fitness. The needed conclusions were drawn after making an evaluation which was made before and after the execution of the FITescola® program, namely, the tests of push-up, shuttle, horizontal jump and curl-up.
