Todo este trabalho resume-se com um verdadeiro diálogo entre passado e presente.
Há um carinho e admiração especial por este local, Porto de Carvoeiro o que torna mais fácil toda a base de conhecimento da área de intervenção e a uma sensibilidade maior para solucionar os problemas para a base final do projeto.
Não deixando de forma alguma de parte as pesquisas informativas quer da parte legislativa, quer noutros parâmetros conceptuais importantes para a recuperação deste antigo edifício fabril no decorrer de todo a projeto. Os registos fotográficos e esquiços será um dos apontamentos e soluções muito viáveis para o desenvolver deste trabalho.
Assim com todos estes conjuntos de parâmetros será possível elaborar este projeto de recuperação de um antigo edifício fabril para fins turístico na margem do Douro.
